Assistant Human Resources Manager人力资源经理助理
Responsibilities: .
- Assists in the development and implementation of performance appraisal system , coordinating performance review, collaborate with HOD to set employee goals and development plans.
- Assits in special HR projects, such as diversity initiative , talent development program.
- Support efforts to engage employees and improve job satisfaction.
- Enhance the organization's human capital planning, implementing and evaluating employee relation, HR policies, programs and practices.
- Assist in managing full recruitment cycle from sourcing to hiring, assessment and interview program, counsel and provide guidance when necessary to managers on candidate selection and hiring standard
- Organize team-building and morale-boosting activities
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in HR related field or equivalent from a recognized tertiary institution
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
- At least 4 to 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required
- Full-Time positions available.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.
