About the Role:

As an Art Lead, you will spearhead the artistic vision of our projects, ensuring that all creative elements align with the studio's standards and project goals. You will collaborate closely with various departments to deliver high-quality art assets and maintain cohesive visual styles across multiple projects.

What You Can Expect To Work On:

• Manage and mentor a team of artists, providing guidance and feedback to elevate their skills and performance.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
• Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of the art team.
• Manage communications across departments, projects, and activations while maintaining a high volume of plans and schedules.
• Ensure seamless coordination of all asset delivery and timely project deliverables.
• Create, maintain, and share essential project documentation, guidelines, updates, and protocols.
• Track and communicate project progress and deliverables regularly with the production team, developers, and QC teams.
• Contribute to game development at every stage, adding value through creative input and ensuring production quality.
• Work closely with vendors to assure high standards of art production.
• Establish and uphold the visual style and quality standards of the project.
• Review and approve art assets, ensuring they meet the technical and artistic requirements

What You Need to Succeed:

• Proven experience with a minimum of 5 years in an art lead or senior art role within the gaming industry.
• Demonstrated ability to manage art teams and projects, coordinating across multiple teams and varying lines of business.
• Strong proficiency with industry-standard art tools and software.
• Experience in managing art production pipelines and workflows.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of conveying ideas succinctly and effectively
• Using various tools such as email, Google Docs, Google Slides, Google Sheets, and other project management tools.
• Strong interpersonal skills, maintaining professionalism and politeness while addressing key issues.
• Analytical mind with attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude
• Passionate about games, and you enjoy watching them come to life.
• Knowledge of NFT and blockchain technology is a plus.
