Role Description
The Creative Senior Creative Media Executive will be responsible for developing and executing multimedia content strategies, managing multimedia projects, and collaborating with the marketing team to create visually compelling content. This role involves conceptualizing, developing, and executing impactful creative materials that align with campaign objectives, public communication goals, and brand identity. The position requires a blend of creativity, leadership, and project management expertise to deliver high-quality content across print, digital, and video platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the creative direction for government and general multimedia projects.
- Develop and execute high-impact visual campaigns, videos, and digital content that support project goals and public communication initiatives.
- Manage and mentor a creative team of designers, videographers, and content producers.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, communication teams, and government clients to translate strategies into compelling visuals.
- Ensure creative outputs meet quality, branding, and regulatory requirements.
- Drive innovation by introducing new design techniques, multimedia trends, and creative tools.
- Supervise project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure efficiency and excellence.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Creative Multimedia, Graphic Design, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in creative or multimedia leadership roles, preferably handling government or public sector projects.
- Strong creative vision with experience in campaign design, branding, and multimedia storytelling.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and other production tools.
- Excellent project management, leadership, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of public communication, marketing strategy, and visual identity management.
