About the Role

We are seeking a
Full-Stack Developer
who combines strong technical expertise with an understanding of how financial technology operates in regulated environments. This role requires someone who can build secure, scalable systems while also managing the complexities of stakeholder collaboration.

You will play a key role in shaping Cashku's core technology — building tools, integrations, and experiences that empower users to plan, invest, and manage their finances with confidence.

Key Responsibilities

Manage End-to-End Development & Integrations:

  • Design, build, and maintain both front-end and back-end components of the Cashku platform using modern frameworks and technologies.
  • Help develop APIs and integrate Cashku's platform with third-party providers, financial data sources, and payment systems.

Technical Ownership:

  • Ensure high standards of code quality, performance, and security — particularly in handling sensitive financial and personal data.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Work closely & cross-functionally with different teams and external stakeholders to translate requirements into technical deliverables.

Testing & Documentation:

  • Write clean, testable code and maintain strong documentation and version-control practices to ensure reliability and transparency.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Proactively identify opportunities for performance optimization, scalability, and process automation.

Job Requirements

Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field

Experience:

  • 3–6 years of experience in
    full-stack development
    ,
    ideally within
    fintech,
    banking
    ,
    payments, or
    other (regulated) digital sectors
    .
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, understand compliance-driven product environments, and deliver technology solutions that align with business needs.

Technical skills:

  • Front-end:
    proficiency in React/React Native, TypeScript, Redux, Expo
  • Back-end:
    proficiency in C#, .NET, or equivalent
  • You've worked with databases like SQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB
  • Ideally you're also familiar with Azure or AWS
  • You have experience and understanding of building and using APIs
  • Knowledge of data privacy, cybersecurity, and secure software development practices
