  • Stakeholder Communication: You will facilitate clear communication of future flight schedules to both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency.

WHO YOU ARE
  • Entry-Level Experience: You may be a recent graduate or someone with some experience in scheduling, network management, or airline planning functions. You have a basic understanding of how flight, bus, or train schedules work, and are eager to learn more about the airline industry.

  • Analytical Thinker: You're comfortable working with data in Excel and have the ability to analyze basic scheduling information to identify trends and patterns. You're motivated to develop your analytical skills further.

  • Ethical & Transparent: You value honesty and integrity in all your work and strive to build trust with colleagues and stakeholders through clear communication and transparency.

  • Problem Solver & Quick Learner: You're able to approach challenges with a problem-solving mindset, using logic and creativity to find solutions. While you may not have all the answers yet, you're excited to develop your decision-making abilities as you gain experience.

  • Adaptable & Resilient: You are flexible and can adapt quickly when priorities change or when faced with new tasks. You maintain a positive attitude and stay focused, even in dynamic and fast-paced environments.

  • Collaborative & Communicative: You enjoy working in teams and are eager to build relationships with colleagues and stakeholders. You communicate effectively, ensuring that information is shared clearly and helping to keep things running smoothly.
