Sales and Operations Manager

Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Sales & Operations Manager to oversee kiosk operations within the beauty retail sector. This role is responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring smooth day -to -day operations, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hands -on retail management experience, and a proven ability to achieve sales targets in a fast -paced environment. Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage kiosk operations to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and maximize revenue across all kiosks.Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance to ensure consistent customer service and operational excellence.Monitor and manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and product displays to maintain optimal availability and merchandising standards.Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotions, seasonal campaigns, and new product launches.Conduct regular sales analysis, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and prepare reports for management review.Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, company policies, and retail operating standards.Drive operational efficiency by identifying areas for improvement in kiosk performance and customer experience.Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, mall management, and key stakeholders. RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or related field. 3–5 years of retail experience in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably within beauty, cosmetics, or FMCG.Proven track record in managing multiple outlets or kiosks and achieving sales targets.Strong leadership, team development, and people management skills.Excellent analytical, problem -solving, and organizational abilities.Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast -paced, results -driven environment.Proficient in spoken and written English; knowledge of Mandarin or Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage.Skilled in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiar with POS or inventory management systems.Willing to travel as required to oversee multiple kiosk locations.
