Storekeeper

Job Description:

• Ensure all stock movements are well-controlled and recorded based on the Company  Standard.
• Manage the warehouse on a day-to-day basis (re-ordering of parts, receiving, distributing, reference search);
• Maintain and update stock records, ensure physical stock count tallies with records, documentation, and stock keeping.
• Plan and carry out good housekeeping of the store area.
• Coordinate with related parties (procurement, transporters, supplies) to ensure the receiving & delivery of goods.
• Preparation and packing of goods according to the packing list for delivery.
• You will be required to perform other duties and responsibilities by the Company from time to time.
• Follow all safety and procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Collaborate with staff/workers to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancements.
• Participate in regular toolbox briefings to stay updated on best practices.

Requirements:

• Minimum education: SPM or any equivalent
• Candidates with no experience are also encouraged to apply
• Computer-literate; Basic computer literacy is required, and proficiency in Microsoft Office will be an added advantage
• Able to work with multitasking within a fast-paced environment
• Good verbal and written communication skills
