This position requires you to work on Saturday and Sunday.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Monitoring hygiene and cleanliness of factory and workers.
  • Monitoring Critical Control Point (CCP).
  • Ensure SOP in place are being followed by workers.
  • Daily document recording to implement Food Safety and Health Safety System.
  • Involve in audit related to Food Safety, Health Safety and Halal.
  • Person in charge of corrective action and preventive action.
  • Assist in training of worker (planning, food handling course, internal training, refresh training, new worker training and others ) and ensure the efficiency of the training.
  • Other task related to quality assurance and quality control department.
  • Basic administrative ad-hoc task.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Experience working in a food and beverage factory is an added advantage.
  • Experience handling audits is an extra advantage.
  • SPM/Diploma/Degree of any course related to food/science/technical/manufacturing is an advantage.
