Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential new markets
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Ensure after-sales support and customer engagement to maintain long-term relationships
  • Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients
  • Customize sales pitches to meet client needs and pain points
  • Lead contract negotiations and close deals
  • Use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to track potential clients' progress in the sales pipeline
  • Regularly update sales forecasts and report progress on sales

Requirements

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role (1–3 years preferred)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Goal-oriented with a strong drive to meet targets
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply , training will be provided

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Up to RM4,500.00 per month
