Our client Kajang Rocks Quarry Sdn Bhd is seeking a Senior IT Executive to join their team

What you'll be doing?
  • Ensure operational excellence: Oversee day-to-day IT functions, provide first-line support, and maintain core business systems to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Manage infrastructure and security: Take charge of server infrastructure, network stability, and cybersecurity measures to protect the organization's digital assets.
  • Drive system improvements: Implement change requests, analyze root causes, and provide IT solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Lead projects and vendor relationships: Spearhead IT initiatives, collaborate with vendors, and ensure timely delivery of services and projects.
  • Provide IT leadership: Mentor junior staff, contribute to IT policy development, and drive compliance with industry best practices.
Who are they looking for?
  • IT education: Degree holders in IT, Computer Science, or related fields, bringing a strong foundation in technology concepts.
  • Proven experience: 4-7 years in IT roles, with hands-on exposure to infrastructure, networking, and system administration.
  • Technical expertise: Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, Windows Server, and FortiGate firewalls.
  • Project management skills: Experience in leading IT projects, managing vendors, and collaborating across functions.
  • Security and compliance knowledge: Familiarity with disaster recovery, cybersecurity protocols, and IT compliance standards.
  • Problem-solving abilities: Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills to tackle complex IT challenges.
