Job Description:

Sekolah Menengah Chung Hua (PSDN) is a well-established independent Chinese school. As our student population has now exceeded 1,900, we are expanding our academic team and seeking dedicated teachers to join us. Job Responsibilities:

  • Communication Skills: You must be able to speak clearly to students, other teachers, parents and administration officials.
  • Instruction Skills: You will have to explain new ideas and unfamiliar concepts in a clear and concise way so that students can understand. You must work to keep the students' attention.
  • Writing Skills: Teachers are responsible for writing progress reports, correspondence with parents, lesson plans, and instructional materials. Strong writing skills are essential for clear communication, effective documentation, and maintaining academic records.
  • Patience: The students you work with will have different backgrounds and abilities. Patience will help teachers deal with students who act out or have trouble following the material.
  • People Skills: Engaging parents and creating healthy relationships with students and faculty to create a quality learning environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant subject fields.
  • Holding a teaching qualification and relevant teaching experience is highly preferred but not a mandatory requirement.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Passionate about teaching and student development.
  • Ability to integrate technology and innovative teaching strategies in lessons.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM3, RM4,500.00 per month
