Project Planning and Execution

  • Develop, implement, and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Oversee all stages of project development from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with company objectives, budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Planning and monitoring project activities based on project given.
  • Control expenditures within limitation of project budget.
  • Prepare interim and completion project reports.

Team Coordination and Communication

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Procurement, Logistics, etc. to ensure effective communication, coordination, and problem-solving throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.

Operation (Onshore/Offshore)

  • Lead and manage a team of coating professionals, including task assignment, performance evaluation and team development
  • Coordinate with cross-functional team to plan and execute offshore activities, including logistics, resources allocation and scheduling.
  • Manage and installation and maintenance of equipment and materials for offshore operation, optimizing efficiency and minimizing downtime.
  • Identified and mitigated risk associated with offshore operations, including cultural differences, time zone challenges, alongside language barrier.
  • Ensure the quality of work delivered by the offshore team meets the required standard through regular review and feedback session
  • Built and preserved strong relationship with client to understand their requirement and address any issue or concern they may have.
  • Provided technical expertise in the relevant domain to support the team and ensure successful project delivery

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Degree in any Engineering field.
  • 3-5 years working experience in oil and gas industries
  • Excellent in verbal and written English
  • For candidate that selected for operation required to go to onshore/offshore & able to do hands on task (project allowance will be given)
  • Any ad hoc task will be given from time to time
