Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in Certifications: Help in maintaining PCI-DSS, PCI-3DS, PCI-SSF, and other relevant certifications.

  • Documentation Management: Ensure that certification and compliance documentation is accurate and properly stored in the document management system.

  • Risk Management Support: Assist in identifying, assessing, and mitigating security risks across the organization.

  • Policy & Procedure Support: Assist in the development and maintenance of security policies and procedures to ensure they comply with regulatory requirements.

  • Compliance Monitoring: Help monitor compliance activities and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.

  • Security Awareness Support: Assist in promoting the IT Security Awareness program and helping with training materials.

  • Audit Support: Assist internal and external auditors during audits and help with the preparation of audit documentation, checklists, and compliance resources.

  • Collaboration with IT Teams: Support IT teams in ensuring the secure operation of IT systems, networks, and security devices.

  • Security Controls Support: Assist IT teams in implementing security controls and measures that align with compliance objectives.

  • IT Compliance Documentation: Help maintain and update IT compliance documentation for standards like PCI, ISO 27001, and others.

  • Ad-Hoc Tasks: Assist with ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Head of Information Security & Compliance.

  • Continuous Learning: Keep up to date with changes in industry standards and regulatory requirements to support the company's compliance efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field.

  • 2-5 years of experience in information security, compliance, or a related field.

  • Familiarity with PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, PCI-SSF, and other security certifications.

  • Basic knowledge of risk management, security policies, and audit processes.

  • Certifications like CISSP, CISM, CISA, or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer are an advantage but not required.
