Perpetual Memorial Park, established in 1994, is Johor's trusted private memorial park, providing comprehensive bereavement care services. We are seeking a Business Development Executive to acquire new customers, generate leads, and achieve sales targets.

Job Responsibilities

  • Actively acquire new customers through outbound calls, walk-ins, and follow-ups.
  • Generate leads and achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Address inquiries, coordinate issue resolution, and provide excellent service before and after sales.
  • Assist the Assistant Sales Manager in planning & overseeing daily sales activities to improve efficiency.
  • Monitor, follow up, and ensure timely payment collection from customers.
  • Support marketing plans, proposal preparation, and sales presentations as needed.

Job Requirement:

  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM, Diploma in any field or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin. Mandarin or dialect speakers are preferred, as the role involves interacting with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Good communicator and pleasant looking.
  • Punctual and well-disciplined in conduct.
  • Team player with good attitude in covering peers to ensure company's good image is maintained at all time.
  • Responsible and full of integrity, dealing with customers, peers and superior.
  • Multi-tasking and willing to take on additional responsibilities.
  • Based in Kulai, Johor.
  • Willing to work 6 days per week.
  • Training will be provided for selected candidates.
