To lead and manage the purchasing, planning and logistic team for the activities purchasing, approving, evaluating and developing supplier and material base, cost reduction and price negotiation with the suppliers. Responsible on operation of store and inventory management of the factory and store department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with other managers to determine supply needs

• Purchase supplies and materials according to specifications

• Coordinate and supervise receiving and warehousing procedures

• Oversee distribution of supplies in the organization

• Develop and execute inventory cycle count process to assure high inventory accuracies

• Supervise, evaluate and coach subordinates

• Maintain relationships and negotiate with suppliers

• Keep detailed records on procurement activity, materials quantity, specifications etc.

• Ensure prompt and accurate updating of the computer systems

• Prepare reports on inventory, material usage and efficiency

• Resolve labor and material shortages, backlogs and other potential schedule interruptions

• Create strategic solutions to improve material flow at multiple levels

• Develop and implement strategies for efficient materials management, including procurement, inventory control, and distribution.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as production managers to determine materials requirements based on production schedules and forecasted demand.

• Monitor and analyze inventory levels, lead times, and usage patterns to optimize inventory turnover and avoid stock outs or overstock situations.

• Implement and maintain inventory management systems and procedures, including barcode scanning and automated replenishment systems, to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

• Monitor supplier performance, including on-time delivery, quality, and cost, and initiate corrective actions as necessary.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement cost savings initiatives, such as vendor consolidation, bulk purchasing, or alternate sourcing strategies.

• Monitor and comply with regulatory requirements, such as safety standards, environmental regulations, and import/export laws, related to materials management.

• Prepare and present reports on materials performance, including inventory levels, cost savings, and supplier performance, to management.

• Stay informed about industry trends, new materials, and advancements in supply chain technology to continuously improve materials management processes

• Collaborate with logistics partners to get better service and competitive price.

• Set up and improve the logistics channel and logistics mode and ensure perfect logistic flow while maintaining highly customer satisfaction and cost reduction.

• Transportation & Shipping management. Cost control of the logistics operations

• Customs declaration. Manages import and export logistics to comply with local rules and regulations

• Focus on the KPI & Key Tasks management to make sure we can reach the target in every quarter.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in related field.
• Experience as a MM manager or in a similar position.
• Supervisory and management experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong critical thinking and negotiation skills.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently.
