Attention to Fresh Graduates in Law (LLB). Puncak Niaga Group currently looking for Apprentice, Legal (2 years contract) to be part in our Legal team. You will play an important role in :

  • Assist in drafting legal documents such as contracts, letters, notices, legal opinions, and internal memos.
  • Monitor legal updates relevant to the company or practice area.
  • Prepare and support the review of agreements under supervision.
  • Ensure proper formatting and compliance with legal standards.
  • Organize, update, and maintain case files and document repositories.
  • Handle filing, archiving, and documentation tasks.
  • Support communication with internal departments, clients, government agencies, and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in responding to basic legal inquiries under supervision.
  • Assist in monitoring the company's compliance with applicable laws and internal policies.
  • Support the drafting and implementation of compliance policies and procedures.
  • Any other task assigned from time to time.

What you will need to have?

  • Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B)
  • Fresh graduates or individuals who have completed their chambering/pupillage.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
