We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operation Coordinator (Administrative) to provide comprehensive assistance to the Logistics Officer, E-commerce Marketing Executive, and Senior Operation cum Admin Executive. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations, supporting cross-departmental coordination, and maintaining accurate administrative records.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate with logistics staff on delivery schedules, stock movement, and shipment documentation.
  • Assist in preparing and checking delivery orders, invoices, and inventory records.
  • Track and update incoming and outgoing goods in the system.
  • Liaise with transporters and external vendors to ensure timely delivery.
  • Coordinate with customer service on e-commerce-related enquiries and order issues.
  • Provide day-to-day assistance in operational matters and departmental coordination.
  • Prepare monthly reports and summaries as requested.
  • Support internal communications and announcements.
  • Support in handling B2B customer transactions.
  • Prepare delivery orders (DO), invoices, and sales-related documentation accurately and timely.
  • Coordinate closely with the sales, logistics, and accounts teams to ensure smooth order processing and fulfilment.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of customer transactions and documentation for audit and reporting purposes.
  • Handle any tasks assigned by the Head of Operation and other key management personnel.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
