Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Audit Senior located in Petaling Jaya. The Audit Senior will lead and manage audit engagements, ensuring the highest quality of work while adhering to timelines. Responsibilities include planning and performing audits, supervising junior team members, reviewing their work, and preparing audit findings and recommendations. The role also involves liaising with clients to address inquiries, providing advisory insights, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and standards.

Qualifications

  • Comprehensive auditing expertise, including planning, execution, and reporting
  • Strong skills in financial analysis, problem-solving, and risk assessment
  • Experience with compliance requirements, regulatory standards, and internal controls
  • Team leadership, mentoring, and the ability to manage multiple audit projects
  • Excellent communication, client relationship management, and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (professional certifications like ACCA, ICAEW, or CPA are a plus)
  • Proficient in using auditing software and accounting tools
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, professional environment
  • Familiarity with Malaysia's business and regulatory landscape is an advantage
