Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Account Assistant to join our team in Shah Alam. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of working experience in accounting or a related field.
Responsibilities
Assist in daily accounting operations, including data entry and record-keeping.
Support the preparation of financial statements, invoices, and payment vouchers.
Perform account reconciliations and maintain accurate documentation.
Liaise with internal departments and external parties regarding accounting matters.
Assist in month-end closing and reporting activities.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting or finance.
Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, or similar).
Good attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
