Responsibilities/Duties:

All staff are responsible for ensuring that safeguarding is central to everything we do, adopting a whole-school approach. Please refer to the Safeguarding and Child Protection Policy available on our website.

• Maintain and update accurate and up-to-date financial records
• Process invoices and payments in a timely and efficient manner
• Assist with bank reconciliations, ensuring that all transactions are accounted for and discrepancies are identified and being resolved on time.
• Perform data entry tasks as needed
• Support in data analyst preparation for internal and external stakeholders
• Contribute to special projects and tasks as assigned by line manager
• Any other duties assigned.

Selection Criteria:

• Currently pursuing a degree in accounting, finance or a related field
