Job Description

  • Identify, approach, and follow up with potential clients for hotel stays, meetings, events, and conferences.
  • Conduct regular client visits and industry networking to promote hotel room packages, event services, and meeting packages.
  • Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and agreements in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with operations teams on confirmed events, including menus, seating plans, and other arrangements.
  • Follow up with clients on event confirmations, deposits, and required documentation to secure bookings.
  • Maintain and update client databases, sales activity logs, and follow-up schedules.
  • Support marketing initiatives, including festive promotions, roadshows, and campaigns.
  • Conduct site visits and present event proposals with a high level of professionalism.
  • Provide on-site support during major events and functions to ensure smooth execution.
  • Gather and report market intelligence, client feedback, and competitor activity for business review.
  • Ensure compliance with company pricing, SOPs, and documentation requirements.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business/Sales and Marketing or related field (Preferred).
  • 1-2 years of experience in a sales role with strong enthusiasm for the field.
  • High-level communication and networking skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Experience in the Hotel/F&B industry is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
