Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Consultant/Support - D365, based in Greater Kuala Lumpur. The role involves providing technical consulting and support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions in Financial and Operation, diagnosing and troubleshooting system-related issues, and resolving technical challenges efficiently. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, work closely with sales teams to provide technical insights, and ensure customer satisfaction by delivering quality service and solutions.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 years relevant experience in D365 Financial and Operation
  • Strong Analytical and Troubleshooting skills for identifying and resolving technical issues effectively
  • Experience in Technical Support, ensuring timely solutions and assistance for system-related challenges
  • Strong understanding of D365 F&O
  • Experience with SQL Server and T-SQL.
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps for source control and project management
  • Knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) is a plus.
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications is good to have
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is highly desirable
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work on-site and collaborate in a dynamic environment
