Sales & Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Customer Management
Act as the primary point of contact for TM and related Network Contractors nationwide
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business and strategic partnerships
Manage customer inquiries, quotations, proposals, and order processing
Conduct regular follow-ups on delivery schedules, forecast requirements and sales opportunities
2. NeC Channel Management
- Oversee end-to-end support for NeC customers under TM's ecosystem
-Coordinate with logistics, production, and finance teams to support NeC orders
Monitor market trends and competitors to identify business opportunities
Assist in onboarding and profiling new NeC customers in line with company policies
3. Sales Performance & Reporting
Prepare and submit weekly sales updates and market intelligence
Track and report monthly targets, forecast and achievements.
Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and tender-related submissions.
4. Coordination & Execution
Work closely with the internal cross-functional teams (logistics, finance, operations) to ensure customer satisfaction
Support the Contract Management Manager in executing strategies and action plans
- Lead site visits, product briefings, and customer support sessions when required.
5. Credit & Collection
Assist in monitoring customer credit limits and outstanding payments
Follow up with customers to ensure timely payments in line with agreed terms
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 2 years experience in sales. preferably in telecommunications, fiber optics or related industry
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (Malay & English)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and able to prepare professional reports
Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders across regions
Possess own transport and willing to travel domestically as required.

Pay: RM4, RM4,500.00 per month
