Responsibilities

  1. Plan and oversee content roadmap across multiple digital channels (social media).
  2. Shape the brand voice and content direction for new women's wellness initiative (Feminawell).
  3. Work closely with internal team members (video editor & designer/copywriter) to ensure consistent brand message and storytelling flow.
  4. Use AI tools (ChatGPT, CapCut AI, Canva, Google Calender, etc.) to enhance planning and productivity.
  5. Monitor performance metrics, engagement trends, and propose improvement ideas.
  6. Support brand-building initiatives including collaborations, campaigns, and special events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Information Science (Hons) Information Content Management / Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Graphic Design, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in content strategy, digital marketing, or social media management.
  • Strong leadership mindset — able to coordinate people, not just tasks.
  • Creative, analytical, and able to translate ideas into structured content plans.
  • Proficient in Canva, CapCut, and AI tools (ChatGPT, Google Calender, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication (Bahasa Melayu & English).
  • Passion for women's wellness, lifestyle, and positive storytelling.
  • Based in Seremban; full-time onsite position.
