Key Responsibilities

  1. Marketing Campaigns & Strategy

  2. Plan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels (social media, email, website, offline).

  3. Work closely with management to align marketing plans with company objectives.
  4. Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaign outcomes.

  5. Digital Marketing

  6. Manage company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) and ensure consistent brand voice and visuals.

  7. Create engaging content (posts, captions, short videos, infographics, AI) to attract and retain audiences.
  8. Monitor online engagement, respond to comments/messages professionally, and grow the follower base.

  9. Branding & Creative Coordination

  10. Ensure brand consistency in all marketing materials and communications.

  11. Work with designers, photographers, and content creators for marketing collaterals.
  12. Propose new creative ideas to strengthen the company's brand visibility.

  13. Event & Campaign Support

  14. Assist in organizing company events, CSR programs, team building, and community engagement initiatives.

  15. Coordinate with external vendors and partners for marketing collaborations and sponsorships.

  16. Market Research & Reporting

  17. Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.

  18. Collect customer feedback and insights to improve service promotions.
  19. Prepare monthly marketing reports for management review.

  20. Branch Support

  21. Support branches in local marketing activities, promotions, and outreach.

  22. Ensure marketing materials are well-distributed and up to date at all branches.

Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing, preferably in healthcare, retail, or service industry.
  • Fresh graduates with strong creativity and initiative are encouraged to apply.

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of social media management and content creation.
  • Good communication and writing skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (advantageous).
  • Proficient in using marketing tools (Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Basic graphic design, photography, or video editing skills are an added advantage.
  • Able to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently.
