Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to promote and sell products or services.
  • Handle inbound calls from interested clients, providing detailed information and support.
  • Use sales scripts to deliver product information, highlight benefits, and handle objections.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by management.
  • Update customer information accurately in CRM systems or databases.
  • Follow up with potential leads to close sales or schedule meetings.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to answer customer questions effectively.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
  • Provide feedback to management on customer needs, problems, and interests.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and telemarketing regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (a degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus).
  • Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Persuasive and confident with strong negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
  • Computer literate, with experience using CRM or call center software.
  • Goal-oriented and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.

  • Number of calls made per day
  • Conversion rate (calls → sales)
  • Revenue or sales volume achieved
  • Customer satisfaction scores
  • Follow-up or appointment rate

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1, RM3,500.00 per month
