What would you be doing:
  • Conceptualize and create engaging short-form videos (averagely 2 videos per day), original video scripts and creative content ideas daily, aligned with campaign goals and brand voice
  • Produce high-quality short-form video content for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook Ads
  • Edit and refine videos — including cutting, subtitling, syncing audio, and adding voiceovers for a polished finish.
  • Support the full production cycle: video ideation, storyboarding, scripting, and post-production.
  • Collaborate closely with media buyers, designers, and creative leads to ensure visuals meet marketing goals.
  • Ensure all creative output aligns with the team's aesthetic direction—a strong portfolio match is essential
  • Leverage tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, and After Effects, while incorporating AI tools creatively to streamline production
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and social platform dynamics, ensuring content remains engaging, relevant, and high-performing
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
  • Proven experience in a similar creative or digital content role, preferably within e-commerce or marketing environments
  • A strong portfolio that reflects your ability to produce visually compelling and brand-aligned content
  • Capability to independently ideate, write your own subtitles, and manage video projects with minimal supervision
  • Familiar with CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop and basic knowledge working with AI-based creative tools
  • Strong visual storytelling abilities, with excellent attention to tone, timing and visual flow.
  • Confident communicator with critical thinking skills, emotional intelligence, and a collaborative mindset
  • Fast learner with a positive, can-do attitude and openness to feedback.
