Production Executive

Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics (Production, Planning & Scheduling)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Production Leader to oversee and support daily factory operations. This role involves managing production schedules, coordinating with cross-functional teams, ensuring quality standards, and driving efficiency in the production process. If you are goal-oriented, strong in leadership, and able to manage both people and processes, we would like you to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead production activities to meet production deadlines and quality requirements.
  • Lead production staff to ensure smooth workflow and compliance with company standard procedure.
  • Check and verify that the final product complies with QA/QC requirements.
  • Ensure delivery loading is carried out according to request.
  • Coordinate with Technical, QA/QC, Logistics, Procurement and Account departments for seamless operations.
  • Ensure proper utilization of raw materials, equipment, and manpower for cost-effective production.
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues in production processes and propose continuous improvements
  • Enforce compliance with safety regulations and workplace policies
  • Support inventory control, material planning, and timely delivery of products

Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Manufacturing, or related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Experience in a manufacturing/production environment is an advantage
