  1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  2. Iklan jawatan kosong, saringan, temuduga, surat tawaran

  3. Susun jadual orientasi dan penempatan pekerja (pejabat & tapak)

  4. Payroll & Overtime Management

  5. Kira gaji bulanan melalui Excel/sistem

  6. Kira OT ikut jadual kerja (cut-off, shift, hadir/lambat)
  7. Pengurusan elaun, potongan, pinjaman & bonus

  8. Performance & KPI Monitoring

  9. Susun KPI individu, jabatan & pantau bulanan

  10. Sediakan laporan prestasi dan tindakan lanjut
  11. Kaji kenaikan gaji & penilaian tahunan

  12. HR Policies & Disciplinary Action

  13. Merangka & kemaskini polisi HR syarikat

  14. Sediakan surat tunjuk sebab, amaran 1-3, gantung kerja
  15. Uruskan kes ponteng, salah laku, kelewatan

  16. Engagement & Staff Welfare

  17. Rancang aktiviti: Hari Keluarga, Team Building, Jamuan

  18. Kebajikan: MC, cuti, KWSP, SOCSO, elaun, faedah
  19. Dengar maklum balas staf & wujudkan suasana positif

  20. HR Admin & Reporting

  21. Fail pekerja, surat rasmi, memo, attendance

  22. Audit data HR: data masuk/keluar, sijil, kursus
  23. Hantar laporan bulanan kepada pengurusan

  24. Training, Safety & Compliance

  25. Kenal pasti keperluan latihan (technical/soft skill)

  26. Anjur latihan, daftar HRD Corp / CIDB
  27. Pantau pematuhan Akta Kerja & audit projek

SYARAT & KELAYAKAN:

  • Minimum Bachelor In Human Resources atau berkaitan
  • Pengalaman lebih 2 tahun dalam bidang HR
  • Berpengetahuan dlam Akta Kerja 1955 & undang-undang berkaitan
  • Mampu urus pelbagai tugas HR tanpa pantauan rapat
  • Mahir Excel, sistem SQL Payroll, dan aplikasi digital
  • Berkomunikasi dengan semua peringkat
  • Seorang yang beretika, tegas, sabar, dan proaktif
