As a Network Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's new business expansion strategy. This full-time position is based in Batu Caves, Selangor, and will involve identifying and cultivating new business opportunities to further strengthen company's market presence.

What you'll be doing

Dealer Network Expansion & Recruitment

  1. Identify potential locations and business partners for dealer network growth
  2. Assist in evaluating & on-boarding new dealers in alignment with corporate standards
  3. Maintain a comprehensive database of dealer applications, proposals, and progress updates

Project Coordination & Tracking

  1. Track all network development projects including new appointments, relocations and terminations
  2. Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and progress to ensure timely execution
  3. Provide regular updates and reporting on project status to management

Relocation & renovation Monitoring

  1. Oversee facility relocation, renovation, and upgrading projects to ensure compliance with brand image and corporate guidelines
  2. Coordinate site visits, progress inspections, and contractor follow-ups
  3. Prepare and maintain documentation related to project scopes, budgets, and approvals

Cross-department coordination

  1. Liaise with internal departments such as Sales, Aftersales, Branding and Finance to ensure smooth project execution and alignment of business objectives
  2. Support inter-department initiatives related to network operations and performance improvement

Meeting preparation & presentation support

  1. Compile and prepare presentation materials, reports and data for monthly management meetings
  2. Assist in preparing visual aids, analysis charts, and performance dashboards
  3. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all presentation content

What we're looking for

  1. Proven track record in new business development, preferably within the sales industry
  2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
  3. Demonstrated problem-solving and negotiation skills
  4. Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
  5. Familiar with sales and marketing techniques, as well as customer relationship management
  6. Relevant tertiary qualifications in a related field
