SITE ACQUISITION CUM SITE SUPERVISOR
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a specific group of sites and oversee site development activities, including leasing, permitting, and land use processing.
- Identify and evaluate potential sites for telecommunication infrastructure.
- Monitor and track progress on all open transactions, ensuring database data are current/accurate.
- Interface with landlords and related agencies.
- Drive vendors for jurisdictional approvals, including tracking and reviewing applications
- Work closely with other work groups (e.g. transport, construction, etc.) to coordinate site development activities.
- Coordinate with the engineering department to obtain information necessary for entitlement applications.
- Supervise and monitor contractor's and vendor's work on-site, ensure work is performed in accordance.
- Manage all site documentation pertaining to the site acquisition process and ensure all regulatory are met.
Requirements:
- Min 1 year site acquisition in Tower / Telecommunication industry.
- Proficiency in tools like MS Excel, Word, Power Point.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to read site plans and technical drawings.
- Knowledge in flying drone is added advantage.
- Able to work independently and travel to project sites when required.
