Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for growth and a knack for building strong relationships? We're looking for a
Sales Executive
to lead client acquisition, drive business strategies, and manage a dynamic project pipeline in the exciting world of sports.
What You'll Do:
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Identify and onboard new sports venues across key locations.
- Analyze surrounding areas – from customer demographics to nearby shops, transport links, and future developments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and agents, ensuring top-notch client satisfaction.
- Work closely with internal teams to develop winning strategies and proposals.
- Stay sharp with negotiation tactics and keep an eye on market trends.
Business Strategy Development
- Craft and execute impactful business strategies to meet monthly KPI.
- Partner with the marketing team to align client efforts with brand campaigns.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and uncover new growth opportunities.
Project Pipeline Management
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of potential projects.
- Qualify leads, follow up with prospects, and coordinate efforts to seal the deal.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts to support strategic planning.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or a similar role.
Strong analytical skills and market awareness, especially in commercial properties, sports, or events.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to collaborate across departments.
Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to execution.
Proficiency in any CRM tools, sales tracking, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel locally when required.
