We are looking for a dedicated Accounts Executive to manage our full set of accounts and support the company's financial operations.

Responsibilities


• Handle a full set of accounts using SQL Accounting Software.


• Prepare monthly reports – P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.


• Perform bank reconciliation and manage supplier/subcontractor invoices.


• Process payment vouchers, petty cash, and handle deductions/back charges.


• Prepare payroll and ensure compliance with EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB.


• Prepare tax computation and submission; support year-end audits.


• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and bankers.


• Assist management with cash flow forecasting and financial reporting.


• Manage office bills, filing, and documentation.

Requirements


• Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Accounting or related field.


• Minimum 3-5 years of experience handling a full set of accounts.


• Proficient in SQL Accounting, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.


• Knowledge of Sdn Bhd and PLT company structures is an advantage.


• Strong attention to detail, excellent English, and good communication skills.


• Able to work independently and in a team with good work ethics.
