The duties and responsibilities of a credit controler include : -

Sending invoices, statements and account updates to clients.

Reviewing and tracking incoming payments, PD cheques and credit/debit notes.

Addressing and resolving client questions and issues.

Monitoring and following up on accounts receivable and overdue payments to ensure timely collection.

Preparing accurate and update aging reports and overdue summaries on outstanding accounts and collection progress

Maintaining analysis of the credit control system and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Continuously improving collection procedures and recommending actions to reduce bad debts.

Requirement and skills

candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced Diploma

at least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position

able to work independently with minimum supervision yet capable and comfortable to work in team environment

proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.

required software skills: Microsoft Excel and Word.
