The Role

Quanterm Logistics Sdn Bhd, a leading provider of freight forwarding logistics solution, is seeking a Sales Logistics Executive to join our dynamic team in George Town, Penang. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in driving our sales and business growth, while gaining valuable experience in the fast-paced world of logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and follow up on new sales leads and opportunities
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and secure repeat business
- Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations to prospective clients
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless delivery of services to customers
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives
- Contribute to the overall growth and success of the Quanterm Logistics business
What We're Looking For
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as logistics, supply chain management or business
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address client needs
- Familiarity with the logistics industry and an understanding of warehousing, storage and distribution operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Self-motivated, proactive and driven to succeed in a fast-paced environment
