About the role

We are seeking an experienced Supervisor to join our dynamic team at PERTAMA SPRINGROLLS MANUFACTURER (M) SDN BHD'. This is a full-time position based in Pontian, Johor. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing facility, ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality standards.

What you'll be doing

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of production staff to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks
  • Monitor and maintain production schedules to meet customer deadlines and production targets
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality control measures
  • Identify and resolve any operational issues or bottlenecks
  • Provide training and guidance to production team members to enhance their skills and productivity
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimise workflows and streamline processes
  • Maintain detailed records and documentation related to production activities

What we're looking for
