1. Baking Preparation
To prepare the ingredients, including measuring and mixing, for various baked goods.
2. Baking
Responsible in baking a variety of products such as croissant, bread, cakes, pastries, and cookies, following specific recipes and instructions.
3. Decoration
Lead in decorating cakes and pastries with icing, cream, and other toppings.
4. Quality Control
Ensure the quality of baked goods by checking texture, taste, and appearance.
5. Inventory Management
Responsible in monitoring stock levels of baking ingredients and supplies, ensuring everything is well-organized and properly stored.
6. Sanitation and Cleanliness
Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and baking areas, including equipment, utensils, and workstations, according to food safety regulations.
7. Customer Service
Occasionally assist in packaging baked goods for customers and provide excellent customer service when needed.
8. Learning and Development
Participate in training sessions and learn new baking techniques and recipes from senior staff.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Internship
Pay: RM1, RM2,300.00 per month
