Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Support Executive – Tech Infrastructure & AI-Driven Application Support, located in Petaling Jaya. The role involves providing technical support, troubleshooting application issues, and maintaining the company's IT infrastructure. The Support Executive will collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve system-related challenges, ensure smooth operations of AI-driven platforms, and maintain a high level of client satisfaction. Responsibilities also include monitoring system performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to identify and resolve system or application issues effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of Information Technology, including system maintenance and infrastructure management.
  • Excellent Communication skills to engage with clients and internal teams in a clear and professional manner.
  • Experience working with Software systems, including AI-driven platforms or similar technologies.
  • Adaptability, problem-solving capability, and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Prior experience in a similar role or with AI applications will be an advantage.
