Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and ensure timely payment for suppliers and creditors.
  • Ensure invoices are accurately coded and processed according to the Approval Matrix.
  • Work closely with the Procurement and Operations teams to ensure POs, DOs, and invoices are properly received and endorsed.
  • Responsible for transferring Goods Received Notes (GRN) into Purchase Invoices.
  • Perform monthly reconciliation of AP ageing, supplier statements, and bank transactions.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing for AP-related matters.
  • Handle ad hoc assignments from the Finance team.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in finance or accounts payable.
  • Strong attention to detail, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
  • Good communication skills and proficiency in Excel/accounting systems
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
