Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the main point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality in all communications.
  • Prepare meeting materials, record accurate minutes, and track follow-up actions.
  • Provide analytical and administrative support to assist in informed decision-making.
  • Arrange complex domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, visas, itineraries, and logistics.
  • Accompany the Director on business trips, meetings, and events when necessary, providing comprehensive support throughout.
  • Plan and coordinate meetings, conferences, ensuring all arrangements meet organizational standards.
  • Act as the communication bridge between the Director and internal teams, clients, partners, and external stakeholders.
  • Undertake any additional tasks, ad hoc projects, or assignments as directed.
