You'll be: • Utilising your core consulting and Salesforce technical skills to offer technical knowledge and implementation experience with all core Salesforce tools, offerings and products. • Working to lead the design, build, test, and deploy complex salesforce solutions, working within architectural guidelines. • Scoping and designing features and enhancement to the platforms to meet wide ranging business requirements for customer experience. • Advising on best practice of the platform and leading solution and technical design of the platform and its integrations. • Working closely with developers and functional consultants to build and develop features aligned to design and architectural standards. • Mentoring and guiding junior developers and testers. Your profile: • 5+ years implementing Salesforce Solutions. • Deep knowledge and experience in Salesforce platform, particularly across Service Cloud, Sales Cloud and Community Cloud and common AppExchange apps. • Health cloud experience is highly desired but not mandatory. • Demonstrated understanding of underlying client business problems and the ability to develop Salesforce technology-enabled solutions that addresses their needs. • Strong experience with LWC, Omnistudio, Copado. • Proven experience of Apex, Triggers, Classes and Lightning Web Components, API Web Services and Salesforce declarative programming techniques. • Capability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, whilst also managing their expectations.
