We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Automation Engineer with strong experience in Microsoft Power Automate and API integrations to support our business and technology operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain automation workflows using Power Automate (Cloud and Desktop).
  • Integrate various SaaS platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365, Freshworks, AWS, Azure, Atlassian, Microsoft Teams) using APIs to enable seamless process automation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into automated solutions.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize existing automation flows for performance and reliability.
  • Document automation processes, integration logic, and technical specifications.

Stay current with automation trends and recommend new tools or approaches to enhance operational efficiency

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience with Power Automate and automation design.
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and OAuth for third-party integrations.
  • Experience with SaaS platforms such as Microsoft 365, Freshworks, AWS, Azure, Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence), and Microsoft Teams.
  • Solid automation mindset with the ability to identify and prioritize automation opportunities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with other automation or AI agent tools (e.g., UiPath, Zapier, Make, ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.) is a plus.
  • Experience with Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power BI).
  • Basic scripting knowledge (e.g., JavaScript, Python, PowerShell) is a plus.
  • Certifications in Power Platform, Microsoft 365, or relevant automation technologies are a plus point.
