Job Descriptions:
- Greet and assist customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Promote products, provide product knowledge, and upsell to meet sales targets.
- Assist in unloading, organizing, and handling goods efficiently during stock arrivals and placement.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organize shelves, and restock products as needed.
- Ensure products are correctly labeled and displayed at eye level.
- Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, and report discrepancies.
- Assist in the arrangement of product displays and store promotions.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing, dispose of trash, and keep aisles and storerooms neatly arranged.
Job Requirements:
Minimum SPM or equivalent; higher qualifications are a plus.
Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude, with a customer-centric approach.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Physically fit and able to stand for long periods and lift light to moderate weights.
