Job Description:-


• Hand loads parts and/or material, hand feed tools as required

• Inspects parts during production using various types of gaging devices such as comparators, hand mikes, plug and depth gages.

• Makes machine and tooling adjustments necessary to maintain print specifications

• Resharpens and replaces tools, rakes chips, sands faces, adds coolant

• Performs miscellaneous related duties, such as clerical recording, material handling, and maintains cleanliness of machines and work area

• Locates work piece and positions piece in machine and transfers finished piece from machine to shipping & receiving

• Performs straight and taper turning, boring, threading, facing, drilling, tapping, reaming, plugging and mill work,  to the required dimensional specifications and tolerances

• Operates Lathe Machine to the appropriate specifications in conjunction with assembly requirements

Penerangan Kerja:-

• Memeriksa bahagian semasa pengeluaran menggunakan pelbagai jenis peranti gaging seperti komparator, mikrofon tangan, palam dan tolok kedalaman.

• Membuat pelarasan mesin dan alatan perlu untuk mengekalkan spesifikasi cetakan

• Mengasah semula dan menggantikan alatan, mengaut cip, pasir muka, menambah penyejuk

• Menjalankan pelbagai tugas berkaitan, seperti rakaman perkeranian, pengendalian bahan, dan menjaga kebersihan mesin dan kawasan kerja

• Menempatkan bahan kerja dan meletakkan bahagian dalam mesin dan memindahkan bahagian siap dari mesin ke penghantaran & penerimaan

• Melakukan kerja memusing lurus dan tirus, membosankan, mengulir, menghadap, menggerudi, mengetuk, menyatu semula, memasang palam dan kerja mengisar, mengikut spesifikasi dan toleransi dimensi yang diperlukan

• Mengendalikan Mesin Pelarik mengikut spesifikasi yang sesuai bersama dengan keperluan pemasangan

Kelayakan

  • Minimum SPM
  • Berkemahiran dalam teknik-teknik kimpalan dan kerja-kerja mekanikal
  • Keutamaan kepada yang berpengalaman
  • Sikap positif, berdisiplin, sihat tubuh badan, bertanggungjawab dan boleh menerima arahan dari pihak penyelia
  • Boleh bekerja lebih masa dan syif malam
