Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Optical Retail Sales to join our team in the optical industry. The ideal candidate will assist in providing excellent  customer service, promoting optical products, and ensuring the smooth operation of the store. You will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting eyewear, handling inquiries, and providing product recommendations to meet customer needs.

Job Scope

  • To assist customer look better with latest fashion eyewear
  • To operate the optical equipment's
  • To recommend the best solution to customer based on their budget
  • To be responsible for daily sales and operations.
  • To perform spectacles maintenance, adjustments and edging when needed.
  • To be responsible for daily shop cleanliness and inventory.
  • To support marketing and promotional activities to drive sales.
  • To handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
  • Working hours, Retail Shift: 11AM - 9PM
  • 8 days off per month.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in sales or customer service, preferably in retail or optical industry. (Fresh graduates are encourage to apply).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Basic knowledge of optical products is a plus but not required.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
