Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Bar Lounge Supervisor at The Prestige Hotel, located in Penang. The Bar Lounge Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the bar lounge, ensuring high-quality customer service and maintaining a welcoming environment. Key responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating schedules, managing inventory, ensuring compliance with food and beverage standards, and addressing guest concerns. The role also involves training team members, upholding consistency in service delivery, and contributing to a smooth and enjoyable guest experience within the bar lounge.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills, including team management and leadership abilities.
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Knowledge and expertise in Food & Beverage operations and standards.
• Experience in staff Training and skill development.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to handle fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus.
• Prior experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is highly desirable.
• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is an advantage.
