  • Expected salary: RM2,000 - RM3,000 per month

  • Ensure student attendance is recorded accurately and classroom discipline is maintained in a caring and consistent manner.

  • Plan, prepare, and conduct daily lessons that incorporate play-based learning, literacy, numeracy, and social development.
  • Meet with parents or guardians regularly to discuss each child's behavioural progress, learning milestones, or any concerns.
  • Coordinate class schedules, learning themes, and special activities in collaboration with the Branch Leader and teaching team.
  • Create and maintain teaching materials, visual aids, and learning corners that stimulate exploration and creativity.
  • Observe and document each child's development through progress reports, assessment checklists, and anecdotal notes.
  • Support children's physical, social, and emotional wellbeing through interactive and structured classroom activities.
  • Foster positive classroom culture that encourages teamwork, kindness, and respect among students.
  • Ensure classroom cleanliness, organization, and safety at all times, following Kiddyland's operational and hygiene standards.
  • Participate in teacher meetings, training workshops, and school events to enhance teaching practices and continuous professional growth.
  • Memastikan kehadiran murid direkod dengan tepat dan disiplin bilik darjah dikekalkan secara berhemah dan konsisten.
  • Merancang, menyediakan, dan melaksanakan aktiviti pembelajaran harian yang merangkumi asas membaca, menulis, mengira serta aktiviti bermain yang menyeronokkan.
  • Berbincang dengan ibu bapa atau penjaga mengenai perkembangan tingkah laku dan kemajuan pembelajaran setiap murid.
  • Menyusun jadual kelas, tema pembelajaran, dan aktiviti khas bersama Ketua Cawangan dan pasukan guru.
  • Menyediakan serta menyelenggara bahan pengajaran, alat bantu belajar, dan sudut pembelajaran yang menarik untuk merangsang kreativiti.
  • Memerhati serta merekod perkembangan setiap kanak-kanak melalui laporan kemajuan dan penilaian berkala.
  • Menyokong kesejahteraan fizikal, sosial, dan emosi kanak-kanak melalui aktiviti pembelajaran yang terancang dan interaktif.
  • Mewujudkan suasana bilik darjah yang positif dan mendorong nilai hormat, kerjasama, serta keyakinan diri dalam kalangan murid.
  • Memastikan kebersihan, keselamatan, dan kekemasan bilik darjah sentiasa terpelihara mengikut piawaian operasi Kiddyland.
  • Menyertai mesyuarat guru, latihan dalaman, dan acara sekolah bagi meningkatkan mutu pengajaran dan kemahiran profesional.
