Job Description:

  • Implement and maintain the company's QMS at all levels.
  • Prepare and develop QMS written Procedures, Project Quality Plans, Safety Plan / Procedures, Environment Plan / Procedures, relevant forms, format.

  • Monitor and review day to day activities with regards to Quality and Safety.
  • Provide recommendation and proposal for client's representative to comment or for approval where applicable.
  • Ensure all incoming outgoing site documents are recorded and timely distributed and filed while determining personnel for such action.
  • Ensure proper document Control System is in place and is reviewed for disposal appropriately when requirements arise.
  • Any other responsibilities as assigned by management.

Job Requirement:

  • Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering / Building or equivalent.
  • At least 8 – 10 years working experience in Property field.
  • Knowledge of ISOA 9001, OHSAS 18001, especially Qlassic & Conquas
  • Good Leadership, communication and negotiation skill
  • Good in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point.
  • Willing to be based in Bukit Beruntung, Selangor.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM8, RM9,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Serendah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
