Job Description

  • Responsible for all personal assistant works, administrative duties, personal and corporate matters.
  • Organize and arrange internal or external meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders and taking minute.
  • Assist the CEO to handle, follow up, monitor, direct & coordinate tasks and report.

Requirement

  • Candidates must possess at least a Diploma in Secretarial / Business Studies / Administration / Management or equivalent.
  • Preferably with at least 2 year (s) of working experience in related field
  • High proficiency of English and Malay language. Ability to converse in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
  • Possess a positive working attitude, able to multi-tasks.
