What To Expect
As the ESG Reporting Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that Swift complies with global ESG standards and regulations. You'll have the chance to work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams, taking ownership of initiatives that bring our ESG strategy to life and create meaningful change across the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee ESG-related projects from inception through execution, ensuring they meet scope, budget, and time requirements. Ability to own and deliver key strategic initiatives like creating ESG policy, leading ESG comms, ESG reporting etc aligned to ESG strategy
• Develop project plans, define project timelines, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress to ensure successful outcomes
• Facilitate regular project meetings, provide status updates, and prepare progress reports
• Proactively manage project risks and escalate issues to senior management when necessary
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate ESG project's progress and outcomes to senior management, detailing progress, risks, and outcomes
• Engage with various internal and external stakeholders, including employees, senior leadership, suppliers to communicate ESG initiatives and outcomes

What You Will Need

• A university degree in IT/Science/Economics/Business Administration, Environmental Science, or equivalent qualification/experience
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in ESG reporting and strategy development, preferably within a multinational corporation, preferably within Financial Services, Governance, Consulting, Program Managment or Fintech
• Proven ability to influence senior management and drive change within organizations
• Strong understanding of ESG frameworks and standards
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
